Masu Sushi to roll out new fast-casual concept downtown
Masu will get a makeover in downtown Minneapolis
Before the doors open on its second location at the Mall of America, Masu Sushi and Robata and its parent company, Sushi Avenue, have announced plans to open a fast-casual sushi restaurant, reports the Downtown Journal.
The exact site is yet to be determined, but the hope is that this will be the first in a chain of fast-casual sushi restaurants that Masu will open all over the country. The idea is that customers would walk into the shop and select a number of raw or precooked ingredients (crab, avocado, tuna, daikon, cucumber, etc.) and get a custom roll made to their specifications.
