Make it a date: Tian Jin & Domacin
If you're not the type to drive to Chanhassen or Stillwater just for dinner--here are a few more stops to make the trip worth your while.
Tian Tin in Chanhassen So the grass may be brown and the leaves may be bare, but the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum should be greening up soon. On Saturday & Sunday, March 28 & 29, the Arboretum is hosting an "all-you-can-eat" pancakes and Arboretum maple syrup brunch, if you want to hit that in the morning, explore the grounds 'til noon, and then stop at Tian Jin for lunch.
Domacin in Stillwater Here's your excuse to plan a close-to-home weekend getaway. Book a room at one of Stillwater's historic inns or b&bs (we recommend the Aurora Staples or the Rivertown Inn) then plan to spend the day touring Stillwater's quaint downtown, building in stops at the antique shops and drinks at Smalley's Caribbean BBQ (the Kingston = our fave). If you're looking for more things to do, bring a boat, bicycles, or book a carriage ride.
