Birdhouse is offering a multi-course New Year's menu, and at last glance Birdhouse's big sister, Heidi's, also had a few late-night spots ready for filling.

South Minneapolis's Kings Wine Bar has some slots available according to its Facebook page. You'll find a $30 four-course NYE menu with a slew of choices. Look for things like an arugula salad with a bacon vinaigrette and poached egg yolk, pan-seared diver scallops with bacon/mango basmatti rice, beef tenderloin with scalloped potatoes and caramelized baby carrots, and a chocolate ganache tart with a hazelnut crust. Several vegetarian options are available as well.

In St. Paul you can still find some late-night tables at W.A. Frost, or if you're looking for a more casual atmosphere, just down the street the Happy Gnome has some spots waiting for you.

Downtown Minneapolis's Hell's Kitchen is offering its full menu plus two specialty lobster dishes. For $45 you can get an 8- to 10-ounce cold-water lobster tail on pesto linguine with grilled baby carrots and steak. Or upgrade to a monster 18- to 20-ounce lobster tail for $53.
