Kramarczuk's signs on to offer its food at Target Field
While Major League baseball players are being forced to eat healthier, for Twins fans looking forward to the upcoming season at Target Field, it's gonna be a whole different ballgame. Bring on the meat!
Long-standing Northeast Minneapolis fave Kramarczuk's name has been added to the list of vendors slated to hawk their grub at the new field. According to the Twins' site:
Kramarczuk's sausages will indeed be served at Target Field when it opens this April. On Wednesday, the Twins, Target Field food service partner Delaware North Sportservice and Kramarczuk's, a family-owned Minneapolis institution for the past 55 years, announced that the deli's bratwurst, Polish and Hungarian sausages will be available to fans at the new ballpark.
The sausages will be made fresh daily just one mile away from Target Field at Kramarczuk's and will be served at two concession carts placed throughout the concourses at the new ballpark.
The new stadium will also be offering Murray's steak sandwiches, beer-steamed brats, walleye on a stick, "Halsey Hall" sausages and hot dogs, calzones, and empanadas among other things.
