Isaac Becker's Burch announces opening date
Steak from sister restaurant Bar La Grassa: a little peek into Becker's new Burch
Dara Moskowitz Grumdahl reports over on the Mpls St. Paul Magazine blog that the upstairs steakhouse will seat 150 people. In addition to all sorts of different grades and types of steak (Prime, Choice, grass-fed, corn- fed) there will be a raw bar and a wide selection of dumplings. Just as his other restaurant Bar La Grassa (which is also run with business partner Ryan Burnet) celebrates pasta in all its shapes and glory, Burch will serve dumplings for days: pretzel dumplings, spaetzle, Georgian stuffed dumplings and more.
