The downtown Minneapolis restaurant known for its many progressive ways with pork, plus the Flavor Country Burger (with no substitutions, modifications, or temps, ever) is adding lunch service.
The casual menu's highlights include a beer cheese soup and a double cheeseburger, which means a new burger by burger savant chef Landon Schoenefeld, which ought to be worth a visit in itself. Also look for house-made tots as a side dish, and something called a "savory pudding pack," which they say is a "work in progress." You'll have to check it out for yourself.
