Twin Cities-based General Mills has announced the release of a new version of Wheaties, which essentially seems like its supposed to be the cereal version of Gatorade. Wheaties FUEL, Business Wire reports, has been designed -- with the likes of Peyton Manning, Albert Pujols, and Kevin Garnett -- "specifically to help fuel wins." Wha? You can walk through this very scientific process via six "webisodes" on the Wheaties site, including the cheesy denouement featuring Manning's visit to the Minneapolis Wheaties production site. The cereal will hit store shelves in January. Collector's editions are available online for $9.99.
