Frugal Living site lists cheap eats for kids
Frugalliving.tv has compiled a list of freebie and supercheap spots for kiddie eats. Don't get your hopes up too much, because they're mostly chains, but this could be a good resource if you're in an unfamiliar city, roadtripping, or in a pinch. Or hey, maybe Applebee's and IHOP are your kinds of places. If they are, you probably already know about this stuff so you can now return to your regularly scheduled what have you.
The article strongly urges you to call ahead as deals may vary from restaurant to restaurant. (Remember the Popeye's "riot"? Yeah, not on our watch.) Locally-based Buffalo Wild Wings made the list -- kids 12 and under eat for .99 Monday nights. Some other notable local locations mentioned: Rock Bottom Cafe, Red Robin, Rainforest Cafe, Denny's, Fuddruckers ... Oh, and Hooters. Kids eat free all day there on Sundays. Suh-weet.
