You already know them, and love them, for what they've done with breakfast. They took over and updated the old and beloved Serlin's Cafe space with the sort of aplomb and respect you just wished they would, and they did. The short stacks, the egg combos, and the cinnamon rolls are all there, but so are the Korean pancakes and the breakfast nachos. 

Chef/owner Eddie Wu has always wanted to do pop-ups in the space, and now he's doing pop-ups in the space! 

There will be a rotating roster of other chefs and wanna-be chefs, so you never know what's going to be showing up. Could be pizza one Friday, Thai the next. You just don't know. 

To kick things off, Wu is going to be cooking his own Korean menu tonight (his first love is Korean food), and he's promising small plates, Keepsake Cider, "and other 21+" stuff.

"Maybe there will be kimchi sausage, maybe there will be ogsusu (Korean style elote), maybe we'll have some other tasty Korean food! I'm just trying to have fun with what I got in this mixed-up profession for," he says. 

Sounds promising to me.
