First Avenue opening a restaurant

Just when you thought the city couldn't support yet another burger bar, the Downtown Journal reports that First Avenue plans to open just such a place in the neighboring space at 17 N. 7th St. in September. It seems that other transportation hubs (airports, the SF Ferry terminal) and entertainment venues with captive audiences (ball parks, especially) have recently been working to upgrade their food, so it'd be nice to see more music venues follow the Triple Rock's lead and do the same. How do people feel about First Ave's current food situation? (I can't say I've felt great about it since the first time I looked up at the club's ceiling.)
