Every day that passes in January brings us one day closer to the night the lonely dread. Even as couples roll their eyes and say, "It's not that big a deal," the 14th of February can be a bitch to power through if you're nursing a broken heart.
The menu promises such dishes as smoked tuna, langoustine with lardo, lamb shank terrine with beef heart (a nice touch), and a goat milk curd with blood orange and hazelnuts. Each course will be paired with a beer from Indeed Brewing, including the dessert course, which will feature a lingonberry-infused Stir Crazy made especially for the evening.
