'Fess up: What chains do you secretly wish were in the Twin Cities?

Steakburgers 24/7 and real silverware--but you have to drive to Iowa

It was recently reported that a woman was so happy about the opening of an In-N-Out Burger in Texas that she actually cried as she ate her burger at the grand opening. While we at the Hot Dish wouldn't go so far as to shed tears, we do admit that there are some, ahem, chains not currently in the Twin Cities that we wouldn't mind (read: would be fairly psyched about) having. Case in point? Steak 'n Shake, a burger joint that gussies up fast food with 24-hour table service, real dishes and silverware, and brightly lit diner decor. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but the thought of tucking into a ground-steak Steakburger on a toasted bun, golden-crisp shoestring fries covered in cheese sauce, chili 5-way with a splash of pepper sauce, and a rich, hand-dipped milkshake with friends on a whim at 2 a.m. fills us with a certain longing (and maybe a little heartburn). Apparently someone didn't get the memo, though, because the closest Steak 'n Shakes are in Iowa and Illinois.

What about you? Are there any chain restaurants you'd own up to jonesing for in the Twin Cities? Leave your suggestions in the comments below.
