Choose wisely where you plan to eat today, your will dollar count for more than just food at some restaurants. Throughout the day various cafés, bars, and restaurants in the Twin Cities will be giving a percentage of each tab to the Aliveness Project.
The Aliveness Project is an organization that provides meals for people in need suffering from HIV/AIDS. According to their website, one in four Minnesotans afflicted with the disease receives help from this non-profit. In addition to their food-shelf, the Aliveness Project also provides support services including in crisis and addiction counseling, meetings, and speakers.
