Cub employee stabbed
The Pi Press reports that a St. Paul Cub Foods employee was stabbed this morning with non- life- threatening injuries.
A police spokesman said the incident, which occurred just before 11 a.m., was a domestic disturbance and not related to the business. After a brief lockdown, the store has resumed regular business.
The last time a St. Paul Cub was in the news it was under much better circumstances---the Phalen location was hoping to become the first first supermarket in the state and one of only 15 retail stores in the nation to be LEED Gold-certified.
