Tickets are still available for tonight's Surly dinner at the Craftsman, featuring five courses, each paired with a different beer (the majority of which are no longer otherwise currently available). Charcuterie and cheese, with Bitter Brewer (brewed with British malt, American hops)
Salad of locally-grown greens, with cheese, dried cherries, and roasted beets, with two (a stout, brewed with cranberries)
Grilled Surly three pork sausage with grits and mushroom ragout, with three (brewed with 50 percent honey)
Smoked and braised ham hocks, with Smoke (a porter, comes out around Thanksgiving)
Chocolate boca negra with ice cream made with Darkness and espresso syrup, with Darkness (another stout, released around Halloween)
