Cochon 555 brings epic pig-off to Twin Cities

Cochon 555’s Culinary Competition Tour passed through Minneapolis this weekend, and Twin Cities foodies ate their way through the experience. Hundreds of attendees gathered at Loews Minneapolis Hotel downtown on Sunday for a tasting, and voted on their favorite local chef based on the dishes they created. Five handpicked Twin Cities chefs from Zen Box Izakaya, Travail, Spoon & Stable, Chef Shack Ranch, and Surly participated in the competition where they preparing dishes utilizing locally raised heritage bread pigs.
