Last year, we watched as Thomas Boemer (Corner Table, Revival) was crowned both local and national winner of Cochon 555, the biggest pork-centric chef battle in the country, designed to highlight heritage breed hog farming.
The second annual local leg of the competition will take place at the Loews Hotel on Sunday, February 21. The competing chefs have been announced and they are as follows:
Carrie Summer and Lisa Carlson, Chef Shack (finally, some female rep!)
John Ng, Zen Box
Chris Nye, Spoon and Stable
James Winberg, Mike Brown, and Bob Gerken, Travail Kitchen and Amusements
Jorge Guzman, Surly
