The arepa itself -- a Venezuelan cornmeal flatbread -- is the perfect vehicle for any number of fillings. The buttery, rich dough is crisped to perfection on a flattop grill, and then stuffed sandwich-style with a kicky combo of Latin-inspired ingredients.
