This brunch bomb is cheesy hash browns topped with a secret sauce (think along the lines of a more appetizing, spicier version of the Big Mac's secret sauce) and substantial chunks of caramelized lamb belly that are crispy yet somehow melt in your mouth. It comes topped with just the right amount of basil and an optional two basted eggs. Always order it with the eggs.
The portion is exactly right and the mix of flavors is just far enough off the beaten path to make you feel like you're on an adventure. It's complex, though not fussy and even with the presence of lamb belly, it still manages to come off as unpretentious.
