To explain the restaurant's baseball theme and its decision to serve a small selection of Peterson Limousin Farms hot dogs, it helps to know that Kyatchi's talented sushi chef, Hide Tozawa, once worked as the personal chef of Tsuyoshi Nishioka, a former second baseman for the Twins.
