    Joan's in the Park​Two local restaurant veterans, Joan Schmitt and Susan Dunlop, whose resumes include Morton's the Steakhouse, Tria, and the Capital Grille, among others, plan to open Joan's in the Park next Wednesday, September 14, at 631 Snelling Avenue in St. Paul.
