On April 24, at approximately 9:18 a.m., Eagan police officers were dispatched to the Peace Reform Church on Glory Drive to investigate a burglary. Upon arrival, the cops were informed that four credit cards and $5 in cash had been stolen from a church employee's purse.
On August 4, at approximately 7:15 p.m. a person identified in court records only as JW was driving a Pontiac Sunfire eastbound on Highway 55. Near the intersection of Highway 149 the driver noticed a white Cadillac El Dorado approaching from behind at a high rate of speed.
On July 2, just before 9 p.m. Lakeville police received a 911 call from Dennis Dale James. He informed the dispatcher that he was en route to his ex-wife's house and that he intended to kill her.
On May 24th, at approximately 7:46 a.m., Lakeville police were called to a construction site on Hughes Avenue. A concrete crew working at the location had dialed 911 to report that a female in a nearby house was pointing a rifle out of a window and firing it in their direction.
