This Saturday marks the opening of the Walker Art Center's Open Field, where the big grassy hill on the museum's north side becomes a park, a coffee shop, a school, and even a bar and restaurant. Stop by the Tool Shed first to borrow picnic and playground items like blankets, sports equipment, reading materials, and games. Or bring a friend and a laptop and get some work done using the lawn's free Wi-Fi. Over at the Garden Grill by D'Amico folks can fill up on treats from the grill, including burgers, veggie patties, chips, and more.
