For those unfamiliar, Rube Goldberg was a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist, author, inventor, and artist who is perhaps best known for his drawings of complex machines doing simple things like household chores, using a napkin, or mailing a letter. Goldberg, who died in 1970, will be honored at the fourth annual building party hosted by Studio Bricolage. Here, grownups looking for playtime can come and help tinker together to create a tabletop-sized contraption that will presumably do something quirky.
