Gary Gulman is one of the few comedians who could squeeze 10 really funny minutes out of a subject as mundane as a cookie. Criticizing the sugar cookie's lack of exciting ingredients, he muses, "Hey, sugar cookie, every cookie is a sugar cookie. A cookie without sugar is a cracker." Later he tells the audience how he admires the makers of Fig Newtons. "That's a pretty bold move to dedicate your entire product line to the fig, of all fruits. I've never seen a fig outside of a Newton in my life." When asked about his material selection, he states: "I went to town on the cookie, and then there's the grape.
