X-Pac nearly dies after tearing his anus during wrestling match in Minneapolis [VIDEO]
Sean Waltman -- a.k.a. X-Pac and the 1-2-3 Kid of WWF fame -- is 40 years old, but he's still wrasslin' on the indie circuit.
On Saturday evening, the Minneapolis native was back in his hometown for a match during a tribute show to the retiring Jerry Lynn. And Pac didn't just get his ass kicked -- he literally got it ripped apart.
At one point during the match, Pac went for his patented Bronco Buster move, which involves repeatedly tea-bagging his opponent in the corner of the ring. But his target moved out of the way, and Pac landed on the turnbuckle anus-first. Here's the footage (the accident happens about 30 seconds in):
Doesn't look so bad, right? But it was very, very bad indeed. Pac finished the match, but during an after-party, he noticed an "enormous pool of blood in his singlet,"TMZ reports
. He called himself an ambulance and ended up undergoing an emergency sphincteroplasty for a torn anus.
Pac told TMZ that so much blood was pouring out of his ass, he nearly died. Here's what his girlfriend, Alicia Webb (known as Ryan Shamrock during her WWF days), had to say about the accident in a caption to the photo at the top of this post:
We don't know if there is a medical term for it...but he did a bronco buster last night that literally ripped his ass apart! :-/ Lost a lot of blood! Had surgery this morning and is on the road to recovery! Believe it or not..this has happened to him once before!
Pac's surgery was successful and he tweeted yesterday that he'd be released from the hospital before the day was through.
And in case you're curious, Pac told TMZ that as far as going number two goes, it's "business as usual," though he has to take special steps to clean his wound afterward. Sure, wrestling is fake, but that's about as disgustingly real as it gets!
