Woman found dead on snowy St. Paul street
St. Paul police are still trying to determine what happened to a woman found dead on a snowy street this morning.
Police say the woman, who is about 60, was found at about 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Jackson Street and Wheelock Parkway. According to the Strib, police know the woman's identity, but are waiting to notify her family before they release it.
Fox 9 News initially reported the death as a hit-and-run, but there was no trauma to the woman's body, according to later accounts.
