Wis. state rep falls over during OWI traffic stop (VIDEO)
Wisconsin's Tomah Police Department released the most recent video of state Rep. Jeff Wood during his OWI traffic stop last week. It was his third OWI arrest in less than a year. Wood admitted he took more prescription drugs that he was supposed to that day.
The video shows Wood going through the sobriety tests in broad daylight and failing miserably. Our favorite moment is when he is asked to stand heel-to-toe in place and ends up tipping over into the grass next to the curb.
Woods says he plans to enroll in a Minnesota rehab clinic next week. He will go through a 30- to 45-day program at Veterans Hospital in St. Cloud.
