Wis. man hits neighbor with baseball bat after dog poop argument
There's something really unnerving about the neighbor who lets his dog prance right onto your perfectly mowed green lawn and take a giant dump. Wisconsin solution? Attack the dog owner with a baseball bat. That'll teach 'em.
A 43-year-old Oshkosh man was apparently really upset Monday night when his 38-year-old neighbor let his dog poop on his lawn. The 43-year-old man went back to his home and came back outside with a baseball bat. He took a swing and hit his neighbor in the leg and injuring him.
Well then the bat-attack victim was pissed. So he went into his home to get a bat for himself. Apparently he never used it.
The 43-year-old man was arrested at the scene for the crime as well as an outstanding Mississippi warrant. His neighbor could also be charged with disorderly conduct for the altercation.
