One season after the Golden State Warriors became the first NBA team in modern history to wear sleeves, our beloved Timberwolves are following suit.
The Timberwolves will unveil new jerseys during tonight's home game during tonight's home game against the Nuggets, and over the weekend, their sleeved design was leaked.
You can see a tiny rendering of the new design here. A larger image from rookie Shabazz Muhammad's Twitter account is at the top of this post, but the photo intentionally leaves some of the new look to the imagination until gametime.
We can't help but wonder why anybody with NBA-caliber arms would want to cover them up with sleeves, especially while playing. That aside, fans who buy replica sleeved jerseys might look a little more stylish wearing them around town than those wearing the old-school tank top style. But on the other hand...
