Teen stabs boy while trying to steal his bike
When a 17-year-old boy tried to steal the bike from a 14-year-old, the boy fought back. So the teen just stabbed him.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. Saturday near St. Cloud. We're so proud these teens are learning alternative methods beyond just flat-out stealing things to get what you want.
The 14-year-old was stabbed in the upper torso and sent to the hospital. His injuries weren't life-threatening.
After a witness called police, authorities found the 17-year-old and two other juveniles who were allegedly responsible for the attack. The two others were released to their parents and the 17-year-old faces first-degree aggravated robbery. He is being held until his first court appearance.
Police say the teen attacked the boy with a knife after he fought back and tried to stop the teen from stealing his bike.
