Suspect arrested in Minneapolis's 6th homicide
Police have arrested a suspect they say may have killed 32-year-old Juan Francisco Canas Ramirez.
By the time emergency vehicles arrived on Monday, the man was already dead.
Minneapolis police arrested Arturo Andres Rocha-Campinz Tuesday at about 9 p.m. He is currently being held at Hennepin County Jail for PC Murder.
