St. Paul man shot dead in his car

At about 2:07 a.m. on Sunday, multiple people called 911 reporting gunshots. The St. Paul Police rushed to the 1200 block of Beech Street, where they found Moua slumped in the driver seat of his vehicle. Moua was dead.
Police say that Moua had just pulled up to the front of a house on Beech Street, when another car pulled up and fired multiple shots.
Police have not identified suspects. They do not believe that the shooting was random.
