At 2:27 p.m., Marquette Avenue and South Sixth Street, downtown Minneapolis. Black woman, probably mid-40s, wearing brown pants, a black top, and oversized sunglasses. Holding up various signs for passing motorists. One read, "The tax increase would have been for the rich." Another, "The GOP + fake liberals lie." And then the ideologically inconsistent: "Death Penalty for grand larceny, pedophilia." (There was one other mortal sin listed, but I didn't catch what it was.) There was a stack of several dozen more signs nearby.
