Russ Feingold to introduce presidential censure

Wisconsin senator and probable 2008 presidential candidate Russ Feingold is taking the floor of the U.S. Senate today to introduce a resolution to censure President George W. Bush. Feingold, a member of the Senate Judiciary and Intelligence committees, has stated Bush's domestic surveillance program is illegal and that censure would send a "clear signal" that his actions were "wrong."
