Protesters rally peacefully after cops not charged in Jamar Clark shooting

Wednesday evening after Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced that there would be no criminal charges against Minneapolis police officers Mark Ringgenberg and Dustin Schwarze in the death of Jamar Clark, hundreds of protesters shut down parts of downtown Minneapolis as they marched to the Hennepin County Government Center. There, activists crowded the steps of the courthouse as speakers denounced Freeman's decision. The protest later migrated to the 1600 block of Plymouth Avenue N., where Clark was killed November 15, 2015. Read more about the demonstration here. All photos by Susan Du.
