Prison guard Suzanne Walstrom charged with teen inmate sex
Suzanne Walstrom, a prison guard who bragged about hanging out with gang bangers and who was arrested last year for forging drug prescriptions for minors, also seems to have "boundary issues" with at least a couple of teenage inmates at he Minnesota Correctional Facility in Red Wing.
Frank Melo in the Pioneer Press reports this morning that 37-year-old Walstrom, of Plum City, Wis., has been charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Said conduct involved, in part, some interesting strange love letters and feel-up sessions through prison bars.
She signed the letters, "Peaches."
The charges, filed last week, accuse the Plum City, Wis., woman of sexually touching the two 17-year-old inmates through their clothes and having at least one of them touch her beneath her clothes.
The charges state investigators removed letters from one of the teen's cells signed: "My love always, your woman and future wife and baby mom, Peaches."
The love letters also stated she enjoyed target practice, had a daughter and has been "bangin' " -- or hanging out with street gangs -- for "a long ass time."
Walstrom is out of jail on Goodhue County Jail on $15,000 bond. If convicted, she faces up to 15 years in prison.
