A wheelchair-bound man has been sentenced to more than six years in federal prison for his role in a Dane County bank robbery last year. A judge on Tuesday recommended that 28-year-old Michael L. Simmons serve his sentence at a federal Bureau of Prisons medical facility.

Court records say Just used company money to pay his son's tuition, put a down payment on a truck and buy personal items. He also is accused of paying his wife nearly $125,000. She never worked for the company.
Man charged with poisoning 200 wild turkeys
A farmer in Oconto County, Wis., is charged with three felonies for poisoning wild turkeys. Mark Kostreva told investigators he decided to take matters into his own hands after the turkeys repeatedly ate the feed on his farm in Pound. The criminal complaint says Kostreva mixed antifreeze with corn and place it in a wooded area near his farm.
