Reader Bernard Sussman responds to "The 'F' rating for MyPillow sadly does not stand for 'fluffy':

It turns out that MyPillow has been hit with lawsuits and fines over bogus claims that it treats various medical conditions such as sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome.

It also claimed to be "the official pillow" of the National Sleep Foundation. It suddenly stopped short on that claim, and the website of the National Sleep Foundation shows that it sells a buckwheat pillow but no mention of the MyPillow.

In short, MyPillow claimed wonderful properties it didn't have, wonderful effects it didn't perform, and wonderful testimonials it didn't earn.
