Mischke show notes: July 27, 2009
Today on Citypages.com's 'In The Stream' with TD Mischke:
- Word has it this was the very first big YouTube, multi-million person viewed, choreographed, wedding dance. Hate to think it slipped past you.
- According to the British press, the success of the latest clip, from good 'ol St Paul, follows that of British couple James Derbyshire and Julia Boggio who re-enacted the 1987 Dirty Dancing scene between Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Gray on the dance floor at their reception. That 2005 clip became so popular that Swayze himself appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show just to meet the newlyweds.
Tune in from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and feel free to leave comments about today's show below. Call and talk to Mischke live on the air: (651) 330-4091
