Minn. Supreme court to hear Coleman's arguments

The Minnesota Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments on Norm Coleman's suit to stop the Senate recount of rejected absentee ballots. The sorting of absentee votes will continue, but the hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Democrat Al Franken's campaign asked to intervene in the case, a request to which to Court seems to have granted. 
The two justices who serve on the canvassing board "took no part in the consideration or decision" on the order.
The hearing will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
