Matthew Clarkson had all the ingredients for a great St. Patrick's Day.
He was solidly drunk, rocking a sweet leprechaun costume and had a bit of cocaine on him to boot, according to Channel 12 News.
Then he made the mistake of getting behind the wheel. The 25-year-old drove westbound down I-394, weaving in and out of traffic and at one point almost hit a guard rail before cops pulled him over.
The luck of the Irish apparently runs out shortly before midnight, because the dash cam photo showing Clarkson in his festive leprechaun suit is time-stamped at 11:59 p.m. When cops Breathalyzed him he blew a .22, and they found cocaine.
He's been charged with his second DUI -- his first came four days before St. Patrick's Day last year, according to court records -- and cocaine possession. If convicted he faces a maximum of seven years in prison and $16,000 in fines.
