Jane Booth-Tobin, a media strategist for TakeAction Minnesota, tweeted out the above photo of a pro-life billboard at the intersection of Chicago Avenue and 38th Street in south Minneapolis.

Man-shaming aside, the billboard, paid for by Prolife Across America, doesn't appear to have it right with its "heartbeat at 18 days" assertion. According to the Mayo Clinic, a fetal heartbeat begins about four weeks after conception.
Then again, who needs facts when appealing to emotions can do the trick?
