Man pleads guilty to threatening Obama, Mall of American in dumb prank

The Texas man accused of threatening President Obama and the Mall of America pleaded guilty Monday.

Timothy Ryan Gutierrez, 21, made threats by e-mail a week before Obama's inauguration. He says they were a prank.

Good one, dude. That "prank" (which is so unfunny we can't even feel for him) could land him in jail for up to 18 months. He has a July 31 sentencing.
