The St. Paul school board decided they love President Obama enough already to name one of their schools after him. They voted 5-1 Tuesday to rename an elementary school "Barack and Michelle Obama Service Learning Elementary" despite some public outcry that Obama is a socialist and questions about how soon to name a school after a president who just took office.

The first day of testimony in the police shooting death lawsuit for Fong Lee didn't start out so well. The attorney's for the dead man's family put a large and terribly gruesome photo of him on the courtroom screen, which hadn't been accepted into evidence yet. The photo made Lee's family burst into tears and the judge sent jurors home early.

Wanted man destroys four cars in crash near U of M
A man wanted by police was seriously busted after causing a crash that left four cars totaled and sent him back to jail. Police believe he accelerated after the first crash to escape the scene, but caused more damage in the process.
