Eisenbeis, The Rake part ways

class=img_thumbleft>After four-plus years as editor of The Rake, Hans Eisenbeis has confirmed his departure from the free local monthly mag launched by former City Pages publishers Tom Bartel and Kris Henning in 2002. "It was a good run, we had a lot of fun," Eisenbeis stated in an e-mail to City Pages. "I'm a little heartbroken to leave the magazine I cofounded, but I wish all the best for Kris, Tom, and the entire talented staff." So far, no announcements as to the Rake's future staffing plans.

UPDATE: The Star Tribune is reporting Tom Bartel will be taking over editing duties at The Rake (bottom of the page).
