Denny Hecker's home won't be overrun by U.S. Marshals
For a while this morning it looked as though we might be treated to the sight of U.S. Marshals making a forced entry on Denny Hecker's mansion in the western suburbs; a judge had approved the request to use force from the trustee in Hecker's bankruptcy proceedings.
Nix that. Fox 9 is reporting that lawyers for Hecker and his girlfriend, Christi Rowan, have reached an agreement with Randall Seaver that allows his attorney, Matt Burton, to enter the home
Hecker's girlfriend, Christi Rowan, has been making life hard for Seaver's representatives, not allowing them in to the couple's home in their search for furniture, a pool table, televisions and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and gifts.
