Damien Hirst to shine at the Tour de France

Over at Chamber's hotel, there is a bull's head floating in formaldehyde. It's high art. And the object gets a mention in every review of the hotel, like the one from Travel and Leisure. So when the artist teamed up with the likes Nike and Trek and Lance Armstrong, among others, to develop a pattern for a Tour de France bicycle, it got the design world walking in-step with cyclists. Armstrong himself tweeted that one look at the bike left him "speechless."

Much better than the responses Hirst gets from his animal part art.

Armstrong will ride the art project on the 21st stage. You can catch the entire tour at Birchwood Cafe, and selected stage at Riverview.
