Dajun Honer's death a mystery to Otter Tail investigators
It sounds like something out of slasher movie: An unknown man is found badly injured late at night laying in the middle of a rural highway.
That's exactly what happened Sunday around 3 a.m. on Highway 210 in Henning. Police have identified the man as 31-year-old Dajun Timothy Honer, but not much else is known right now.
After being found in the road, Honer was brought to the nearby Tri-County Hospital in Wadena, Minn. He died in the hospital soon after, according to Henning Police.
They sent Honer's body to Ramsey County medical examiners to try to get some answers on what happened to him before he died. In the meantime, Henning police, the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office and State Patrol officers are all investigating the mysterious death.
Henning police say they plan to release more information this afternoon.
