But as commenter Patrick Solomon points out, there's at least one glaring reason why our country's founding document is flawed.

Here's what Solomon said:

Sure, some might excuse things like the Three-Fifths Compromise by arguing that the Constitution is inevitably a product of a very different time and place, but still -- we're skeptical of anyone who thinks anything created by creatures as imperfect as humans is capable of perfection in the first place.
